China Dragon, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 15 The Broadwaywokingsurrey was given the score after assessment on March 6, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Woking's 167 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 114 (68%) have ratings of five and just four have zero ratings.
