A WOKING man who sent a threatening voicemail message and visited a family home in breach of a non-molestation order has been slapped with a fine and community order.

Allan Heath, 45, of Barnard Court, Woking, admitted sending unwanted messages including a threatening voicemail to a woman between March 17 and 29.

He also admitted attending the home of the same woman in Paddocks Mead between March 23 and 26 "without reasonable excuse".

These offences breached a non-molestation order made by Guildford Family Court on February 8.

Heath was sentenced at Guildford Magistrates' Court on June 27 and told to pay a £350 fine and undergo a rehabilitation activity up to a maximum of 35 days.

He was also ordered to pay £85 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and a £114 surcharge.
